My name is Wandile Goba and this is my blog: Football with Wawa. I am studying BA Journalism at the University of Johannesburg, Auckland Park Kingsway campus. my passion is football and everything football related. One of my dreams is to become a sports journalist as I’m studying towards potentially being one. I am a sports enthusiast and in particular a football fanatic.

The name Wawa is a nickname I was given as a child growing up by my family. Everyone is given a nickname while growing up in the streets of Soweto. Wawa is shortened name of my first name Wandile and as you can tell, it is just the first letters of my name repeated twice.
